Perched above the seafront promenade of Colònia de Sant Jordi, Hotel Honucai officially welcomes back rooftop season as The TOP reopens for summer 2026.
Over the past few years, The TOP has quietly become one of those Mallorca sunset spots where you go for “just one drink” and somehow end up staying all evening – drawn in by the sea views, relaxed atmosphere, music and long Mediterranean sunsets.
This summer, the rooftop returns with an updated concept that brings live cooking to the terrace during its music evenings, adding an even more immersive Mediterranean feel to the experience.
From skewers and grilled dishes to sharing plates prepared directly on the rooftop while the sun sets over the harbour, the atmosphere is designed for slow evenings, cocktails in hand and staying longer than planned.
✨ Weekly Rooftop Sessions
🌅 Golden Hour Wednesdays
Every Wednesday from 19:30–23:00, Andrés Lladó takes over the rooftop for relaxed afterwork sessions with music, cocktails and a complimentary tapa.
🍸 Solset Party Saturdays
Saturdays bring a livelier rooftop atmosphere with DJ Óscar Romero, sunset sessions and open Mediterranean views with sushi.
🏖️ After Beach Sessions Sundays
Sundays at The TOP are all about stretching out the weekend a little longer – beach-to-rooftop energy, sunset drinks, music and relaxed evenings overlooking the port.
🎶 All music evenings take place from 19:30 – 23:00.
🔥 New this summer: Live rooftop cooking
One of the biggest additions this season is the return of food to the rooftop during DJ evenings – with part of the menu now prepared live on the terrace itself.
