After plenty of requests from guests, the restaurant is bringing one of France’s most comforting food traditions to the table: raclette.
Originally from the Alpine region, raclette is all about delicious melted cheese, traditionally served over warm potatoes and enjoyed with charcuterie. It’s the kind of meal made for sharing, taking your time and going back for seconds.
And at Frencheese, seconds are very much encouraged.
