Five courses, five Mallorcan wines and dinner by the sea.
On 18 September, Salicornia at Hotel Honucai welcomes Son Vich de Superna, a small family-run winery from Mallorca’s Serra de Tramuntana, for a special evening dedicated to local wine and food.
The dinner features a five-course menu paired with five wines, selected to accompany each dish and introduce guests to different expressions from the winery.
Among the wines poured during the evening will be Marges Blanc de Noir, Llàgrima Rosado, Supernins and Viognier Barrica, with the team guiding guests through the pairings as dinner unfolds.
Set by the sea in Colònia de Sant Jordi, it’s an easy introduction to a Mallorcan winery – with the wine coming to you rather than the other way around.
