On Saturday 7 November 2026, SUCO Mallorca returns to La Gaviota Azul in Palma for a special autumn edition of its immersive active meditation experience, combining movement, music and mindfulness in a beautiful seaside setting.
Titled LET GO · SOLTAR, this session is all about embracing the energy of autumn: releasing what no longer serves us, making space for something new and reconnecting with the present moment.
Forget sitting cross-legged in complete silence. SUCO takes a different approach to meditation, inviting you to move, feel and reconnect through a guided experience with wireless headphones.
And with the Mediterranean Sea as your backdrop, it’s a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Autumn is traditionally a season of change, reflection and letting go.
