This autumn, SOLU brings its seasonal cooking, natural wines and relaxed dining philosophy to Aethos Club Palma for a series of five special evenings running from October to December.
Rooted in what is growing at SOLU’s regenerative farm in Alaró, each evening features a succession of seasonal sharing plates, complemented by local fish, meat and produce sourced from across Mallorca.
The menu changes with the season, reflecting what’s fresh and available at the farm. Expect generous plates designed for sharing, natural wines and a rotating line-up of local DJs.
It’s a chance to experience SOLU’s farm-to-table approach without leaving Palma.
