🌊 Community Coastal Clean-Up · Cala Major
Spend a morning giving something back to Mallorca’s coastline.
On Saturday, 19 September, coinciding with World Cleanup Day, a community clean-up will take place at Cala Major in Palma, joining similar initiatives taking place around the world to help protect beaches, seas and coastal environments.
Organised with MBRC The Ocean, Cleanwave Foundation and Calama Collective, the morning combines hands-on action with environmental education. Volunteers can take part in coastal and sea-surface clean-ups, while dedicated environmental workshops for children and young people make it an accessible activity for families too.
The aim is simple: come together, remove waste from the local coastline and learn a little more about how we can better protect the Mediterranean.
