11 of Our Favourite Places to Work Out

The Calendar Mallorca Fitness Guide: 11 of Our Favourite Places to Work Out

Because sometimes a good workout is exactly what the day needs.

From high-energy cycling and Reformer Pilates to tennis, padel, yoga and social run clubs, Mallorca’s fitness scene has become about much more than simply going to the gym. Some of our favourite places combine movement with good coffee, beautiful spaces, recovery, community and, occasionally, a post-workout afternoon by the pool.

From established favourites to newer studios you might not have tried yet, here are 11 places we’re currently loving for moving, training and feeling good on the island.

MIO Clubs

Where fitness meets lifestyle

With two locations in Palma, MIO combines a beautifully designed gym with semi-private classes, personal training and dedicated recovery spaces, including sauna and Therabody technology.

But what makes MIO stand out is its social side. Regular events, shared experiences and a weekly run club make it just as much about community as training.

Radi Studios

Ride. Sweat. Repeat.

For a workout with slightly more Friday-night energy, head to Radi.

Its 45-minute indoor cycling classes combine music, lights, choreography and weights, turning your cardio session into something that feels much closer to a night out.

Cycling shoes and towels are taken care of, so all you need to do is turn up and ride. Special rides, collaborations and events add to the community feel.

TRIB3

HIIT, Pilates & plenty of variety

If doing the same workout every week isn’t your thing, TRIB3 makes it easy to switch things up.

HIIT, strength training and Reformer Pilates all sit under one roof, with everything from high-energy 45-minute sessions to focused strength work and different Reformer formats.

Small groups, great coaching and plenty of variety make this one we keep coming back to.

Mallorca Country Club

Wimbledon-level courts and much more

Come for the Wimbledon-level tennis courts, padel, gym and pool and stay for everything around them.

Mallorca Country Club is one of those places where a morning match can easily turn into lunch on the terrace, a catch-up with friends or even a work meeting.

One for those days when you want to make a little more out of your workout.

Aethos

Club Palma & Aethos Mallorca

For those who like their fitness with a little lifestyle around it, Aethos gives you two very different ways to move.

At Aethos Club Palma, combine your workout with Pilates, barre or yoga before staying for co-working, lunch or one of its regular community events.

Outside the city, Aethos Mallorca adds a sea-view gym, movement classes, infinity pool and full spa into the mix. Suddenly, recovery sounds just as tempting as the workout itself.

Reformer Pilates, classes & events

One of Palma’s newer additions to the Pilates scene, JOSEF P has quickly become one of our go-tos for Reformer Pilates.

Choose between small-group classes and personal training or train independently using 100+ workouts available on its screen-equipped Reformers.

And perhaps our favourite part? The in-house café. Stay afterwards for a speciality coffee, matcha, açaí bowl or protein shake.

Terreno Club

Padel with friends, then poolside brunch

For a workout that can very easily become an entire afternoon, Terreno Club is one of our favourites.

Play padel or tennis, book a training session, cool off in the pool and stay for a long lunch or drinks afterwards.

With sport, food and a social atmosphere all in one place, it’s as much about spending time together as it is about getting your workout in.
