This May, Mountain Wellness introduces an updated timetable with several new classes designed to support both body and mind, from energising Rocket Yoga to grounding breathwork and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sessions.
Set in an intimate studio surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, classes are intentionally small and personal, creating space to properly disconnect and reset.

🧘 Yoga Nidra with Niamh Patten
Often described as “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a guided form of deep conscious relaxation designed to calm the nervous system and restore mental clarity.
Through breathwork, body scanning and extended savasana, the class helps release tension and bring the body back into balance.

🌬️ Breathwork with Re-Set & Re-Born × Niamh
A guided breathwork experience focused on emotional release, grounding and nervous system regulation.
Using conscious breathing techniques, these sessions create space to slow down, reconnect and reset both physically and mentally.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling overstimulated, mentally tired or simply in need of a pause.
