With over 23 years of experience, Gemma Bes is a leading expert in sports nutrition, having worked with elite athletes and organisations including RCD Mallorca, the Rafa Nadal Academy, and the Spanish National Dance Company.
She currently leads the Nutrition Department at the Rafa Nadal Academy and directs a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, combining scientific research with holistic approaches drawn from Western and Eastern traditions.
