Before the big Sant Jordi celebrations take over Palma, the city invites you to ease into it – slowly, locally, and with that perfect Saturday morning energy.
The Aperitiu de Sant Jordi is all about bringing books and roses into the neighbourhoods, turning everyday squares into small pockets of culture, stories, and music.
