On September 4, Terrae Experience, bartender Emma Dexter and Gin Eva Mallorca come together in Llucmajor for S’Horabaixa Gastronòmica, a special four-hour collaboration dedicated to gastronomy and mixology.
The experience features five courses of finger food, each accompanied by a cocktail created specifically to pair with it. Expect local ingredients, creative combinations and a relaxed approach to bringing the kitchen and bar into one conversation.
