🎬 Un Darrer Capfico · Outdoor Cinema at Son Galcerán (Esporles)
A late-summer evening celebrating Mallorca, its people and our connection to the land and sea, set beneath the trees at Son Galcerán in Esporles.
On August 22, Son Galcerán hosts an open-air screening of Un darrer capfico, the first documentary by Danna Ayelén Bosch. The film explores the intimate relationship between Mallorca’s people and the Mediterranean through one of the island’s simplest pleasures: jumping into the sea.
Behind that familiar feeling of freedom lies a more urgent story. The documentary looks at the pollution and plastics affecting Mallorca’s coastline, while meeting people and local projects working to protect the Mediterranean and asking what can collectively be done to preserve it.
The evening begins with live music by Nick Anthony, accompanied by a picada made with local products and a drink, before settling in beneath the trees for the documentary screening.
The setting itself is part of the experience. Son Galcerán is a family-run finca in the Serra de Tramuntana, rooted in Mallorcan land, culture and traditions – a fitting place for an evening centred around reconnecting with what is local and worth protecting.
Your ticket includes:
- One drink courtesy of Cervezas Balear
- Picada with local products
- Live music by Nick Anthony
