Spring arrives in full colour to Sencelles with the return of the Fira de Maig 2026 – a much-loved celebration filled with local culture, gastronomy, workshops, music, traditions, art, and community spirit. 🌼
Over nearly three weeks, the village comes alive with family activities, exhibitions, artisan workshops, concerts, tastings, traditional dancing, markets, and the main fair day on Sunday, May 17, when the streets fill with stalls, local producers, animals, live performances, and plenty of atmosphere.
From wine tastings and tapas routes to folk traditions, photography exhibitions, children’s workshops and live jazz in the square, this is one of the best moments to experience village life in Mallorca — a poc a poc.

Throughout the first weeks of May, Sencelles hosts a variety of creative and educational workshops at the municipal library and cultural spaces:

A popular gastronomic route through the village bars and restaurants, where visitors can try tapas and pinchos at participating venues across Sencelles.
Complete the “passport” and enter to win a basket filled with local products. Participating spots include Can Pep, Es Molico, Can París, Café Talaiot, Ca s’Arquitecte and more.

An evening dedicated to local wine and community spirit in Plaça de la Vila.
