Every June, Son Servera comes alive with one of the municipality’s most cherished celebrations: the Festes Patronals de Sant Joan. Rooted in tradition and community spirit, the festivities bring together residents and visitors for ten days of music, culture, sport, gastronomy, family activities, and popular celebrations in honour of Saint John the Baptist.
From June 19th to 28th, 2026, the town centre becomes the heart of the celebrations, with everything from open-air concerts and traditional dances to sporting tournaments, children’s activities, theatre performances, and lively revetles that stretch late into the summer nights.
Highlights
🎉 Official Opening & Pregó (June 19)
The festivities begin with the traditional raising of the Sant Joan flag, church bells ringing across town, and the official opening speech by the hiking club Camina Caminaràs, celebrating its 26th anniversary.
🎶 Grand Festes Concert (June 20)
One of the biggest nights of the programme features Tomeu Penya’s 45 Years Tour, alongside Valnou, DJ Jaume Colombàs and DJ Poppy in Plaça des Mercat.
🍷 Nit de Vins 2026 (June 20)
Wine lovers can enjoy tastings of twelve local wines in the atmospheric setting of the Església Nova.
💃 Cabaret Musical “Revista Madò Pereta – 25 Anys” (June 21)
A special farewell performance celebrating 25 years of one of Mallorca’s most beloved cabaret characters, filled with music, dance and laughter.
🐓 Concurs de Cant de Galls (June 22)
One of Son Servera’s most unique and entertaining traditions returns as participants compete to imitate the crowing of a rooster.
🎭 Traditional Sant Joan Revetla (June 23)
The eve of Sant Joan brings sports tournaments, community celebrations and a lively evening programme.
✨ Gran Revetla de Sant Joan (June 23)
A festive night of live music and dancing with Orquestra Aquarius, Fran Valenzuela’s tribute to Alejandro Sanz and DJ Simonet.
⛪ Sant Joan Day Celebrations (June 24)
The patron saint’s day includes a solemn mass, a concert by the local music band and a traditional dance performance in Plaça de Sant Joan.
💦 Family Fun Days (June 25–26)
Children can enjoy the Xop Park Aquàtic, foam parties, Holi celebrations and plenty of family-friendly activities throughout the town.
🎵 Magic Revival 2026 (June 27)
The popular Severí disco party returns with a special Grease-themed edition, featuring DJs Paco Bellucci, Lozano and Black Julius, together with live music from Grup Malasaña.
🥾 Popular Sant Joan Walk (June 28)
The celebrations conclude with an 8-kilometre community walk through the local countryside, followed by refreshments for participants.
