As summer fades, Calonge comes alive with the beloved Festes de Sant Miquel, a community celebration full of tradition, music, dance, sport, gastronomy, and culture.

From the XLIV Pujada a Lluc a Peu to the vibrant closing events, the program offers activities for all ages — a chance for neighbors and visitors to gather, celebrate, and keep local traditions alive.

  • 14 Sept · XLIV Pujada a Lluc a Peu – walkers depart from Plaça de Sant Miquel at 02:00.
  • 18 Sept · Inauguration of the exhibition Sa Triadissa by Miquel Adrover Barceló.
  • 19 Sept · Opening parade with Xeremiers, Arcàngels, Dimonis and giants of Santanyí, followed by the Festa del Vers (12th anniversary of AdiA Edicions) and the show Divas.
  • 20 Sept · Gran Verbena with Orquestra Galatzó, La Década Prodigiosa & DJ Rigo.
  • 21 Sept · Diada a Mondragó – excursion with horses, carriages, bicycles & walkers.
  • 22 Sept · European Mobility Day – “Move for cleaner air.”
  • 25 Sept · Conference on Xylella Fastidiosa.
  • 26 Sept · Tribute to the elderly, concert by Banda Municipal de Santanyí, art exhibition, and microtheatre (Guaret).
  • 27 Sept · Cultural exchange & Ball de Bot with Es Majoral and Los Charcones (Toledo).
  • 28 Sept · Sa Fira de Calonge (eco & craft market), fun run & Nordic Walking race, futbolet tournament, coca & cake contest, Pa amb oli community supper, and the show Connexió.
  • 29 Sept (Sant Miquel Day) · Solemn mass, Arcàngels & Dimonis dance, paella lunch with Xaranga Tot Espectacle, theatre (Ses Tres Cames des Batle) & fireworks.
  • 1 Oct · Screening of Call it a Balance in the Unbalance, documentary on designer Miquel Adrover.
  • 4 Oct · Sant Miquelet: children’s day with workshops & performances, mass for Sant Francesc, and Ball en Líniagathering with themed dinner.
  • 5 Oct · Diada Motera – motorbike rally and parade.
  • 11 Oct · Calonjove – youth super verbena with DJs and live acts.
  • 12 Oct · Legend Cars exhibition with inflatables and food, followed by a pilgrimage to Sencelles for Sor Francinaina.

✨ With music, folklore, theatre, gastronomy, children’s activities, and community traditions, the Festes de Sant Miquel remain one of the most vibrant celebrations of late summer in the municipality of Santanyí.
