From Port de Pollença to the world – and now back home. Mallorcan bartender Emma Romero Dexter returns after a career that has taken her through Berlin, Europe and Asia, bringing some of that experience back to the island.
This summer, Terrae in Port de Pollença has become her creative laboratory. On 14 September, we get to taste the results.
For one evening, Emma takes over the drinks with four original cocktails, each built around flavours that feel distinctly Mediterranean and Mallorcan, while Terrae takes care of the finger food.

The idea isn’t a formal cocktail tasting or sit-down dinner. It’s an evening to drop in, taste, share and “fer poble” — come together around food, drinks and the people behind them.
Terrae, known for its ingredient-led, local approach to cooking, becomes the meeting point between Emma’s cocktail creativity and the restaurant’s finger food for one night only.
