🎃 All Saints Baking Workshop · Traditional Panellets in Palma
A little almond, a little tradition and something delicious to take home.
On Thursday, 29 October 2026, Forn de sa Llotgeta invites you into its Palma workshop to discover the art of making panellets, the traditional almond-based sweets associated with All Saints’ Day.
Made with ground almonds and closely connected to the Mediterranean’s historic pastry traditions, these little treats are an important part of the seasonal food culture of the Balearic Islands.
During this intimate, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare the classic dough using quality local ingredients before experimenting with different natural flavours, including chocolate, lemon and coconut.
And the best part? You’ll leave with 15 handmade panellets (approximately 300g) to enjoy at home or share with someone special.
