🍷 A New Vintage · Summer Dinner with Ember Mallorca
A long table beside the vines, four seasonal courses and a new vintage worth opening together.
On Saturday, 12 September, Can Cavall Blau celebrates the arrival of its latest vintage of Es Gat Anarquista with a special end-of-summer dinner among the vines.
For the occasion, the team is handing the kitchen over to their friends at Ember Mallorca, with Jackson creating a four-course menu inspired by the wine and the best of the season.
Dinner begins while the evening light is still lingering and continues as the sun disappears behind the Tramuntana — with three Can Cavall Blau wines poured throughout the meal.

The evening starts with an aperitif before everyone takes their place around the long communal table for dinner.
