⏰ Winter Time 2026 – Don’t Forget to Turn Your Clocks Back!
An extra hour of sleep? Yes, please! 😴
It’s that time of year again! This weekend, Mallorca switches from daylight saving time to winter time, which means longer evenings indoors, earlier sunsets and, best of all, an extra hour in bed!
During the night of Saturday 24 to Sunday 25 October 2026, clocks across Spain will go back one hour.
🕒 What Happens?
At 03:00 on Sunday morning, the clocks will go back to 02:00, giving us an extra hour of sleep (or an extra hour out if you’re making the most of Saturday night 😉).
Most smartphones, computers and other connected devices will update automatically, but don’t forget to adjust any clocks that need changing manually.
🍂 Hello, Winter Time!
With the clocks going back, mornings will be lighter for a while, while sunsets will arrive an hour earlier.
Whether you’re heading out for a Sunday brunch, exploring one of Mallorca’s autumn fairs or simply enjoying a slow morning at home, remember to double-check the time before heading out!
