One of Mallorca’s favourite gastronomic events is back! TaPalma 2026 returns this November, bringing together local chefs, restaurants and food lovers for a celebration of creativity, flavour and the art of the tapa.
The festivities kick off on Monday 2 November with the official TaPalma Cooking Competition, followed by the much-loved TaPalma Tapas Route from 4 to 8 November.
Whether you’re curious to see talented chefs in action or simply fancy discovering some new favourite places to eat, this is one for the foodies!

Ever wondered what goes into creating an award-winning tapa?
Head to the Palau de Congressos de Palma to watch participating chefs prepare their creations live as they compete in the TaPalma 2026 competition.
Expect culinary creativity, impressive techniques and plenty of inspiration as talented chefs showcase their skills and present their gastronomic creations.

🍷 TaPalma Tapas Route – 4 to 8 November
Ready to discover Palma, one tapa at a time?
From Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 November, the city becomes a gastronomic playground as participating restaurants invite visitors to taste their specially created tapas and explore new flavours.
The TaPalma Route is the perfect excuse to gather some friends, discover different restaurants and enjoy the creativity of Palma’s culinary scene.
Whether you’re planning a tapas crawl through the city or prefer to take your time visiting a few selected restaurants, there’s plenty to explore over five delicious days.
