One of the most delicious ways to celebrate autumn in Mallorca is back! From 10 October to 30 November 2026, Sóller and Port de Sóller welcome the 7th edition of the Jornades Gastronòmiques dels Bolets, a seasonal gastronomic festival dedicated to one of autumn’s most treasured ingredients: mushrooms.
For several weeks, 13 participating restaurants across the Vall de Sóller will offer special dishes and menus celebrating mushrooms, combining seasonal ingredients with the creativity of local chefs.
Whether you’re a mushroom enthusiast, a lover of Mallorcan cuisine or simply looking for an excuse to enjoy a long autumn lunch in Sóller, this is one for your calendar!
🍄 A Celebration of Autumn Flavours
As the temperatures cool and autumn arrives in the Tramuntana mountains, mushrooms take centre stage in the kitchens of Sóller.
The festival celebrates the culinary versatility of bolets (mushrooms in Catalan), inviting local chefs to create dishes inspired by this seasonal ingredient.
From traditional preparations to more contemporary interpretations, each participating restaurant brings its own style and creativity to the table.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to discover the gastronomic side of Sóller while supporting local restaurants and seasonal cooking.

Nine restaurants in Sóller are taking part in this year’s festival:

Each establishment will offer its own interpretation of mushroom-based cuisine, making it a great opportunity to discover different restaurants and culinary styles.

The festival also extends to the coast, with four restaurants in Port de Sóller joining the celebration:

Individual offerings and availability may vary between restaurants, with some continuing until the end of November and others finishing earlier.

The festival is organised by the departments of Economic Promotion and Tourism, with the support of Clúster Sóller Bon Dia and the Associació de Restauració de la Vall de Sóller.
