This spring, Trobar introduces TROBRUNCH – a seasonal brunch experience designed to be slow, social, and ever-changing 🌿
Launching on Easter weekend, this marks the first in a series of chef residencies, starting with Silvia Devi of @theholykitchen, and the soft opening of Trobar’s 2026 summer season.

At Trobrunch, there’s no fixed menu.
Each weekend brings a new culinary story—seasonal, creative, and served deli-style, shaped by fresh ingredients and the rhythm of the island.
It’s casual, spontaneous, and made for wandering in, discovering what’s cooking, and staying a little longer than planned.
