On 7 November, Sajeev Nair, chef of Michelin-starred Trishna in London, joins David Mendez, chef of Es Balcó, for an exclusive four-hands dinner at Castillo Hotel Son Vida.
The evening brings together two distinct culinary perspectives, combining Mediterranean ingredients and Mallorcan traditions with Indian spices and the rich culinary heritage of India’s coastal regions.
Expect a specially created menu where local produce, contemporary techniques and two very different food cultures meet around the same table.
