The Es Fum Michelin Star Series continues this summer with another exceptional four-hands dinner, bringing together two acclaimed chefs for one exclusive evening of fine dining at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort.
On Sunday, July 5, Es Fum’s Executive Chef Miguel Navarro welcomes Andrea Drago, Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Orobianco in Alicante, for a menu that celebrates creativity, precision and Mediterranean flavours.
Inspired by both chefs’ individual culinary philosophies, the tasting experience journeys through elegant, technically refined dishes including Squid Tartare with Olives, Almonds & Marsala, Shojin Ryori Ravioli, Cold Spaghetto with White Mole & Caviar, Mediterranean Red Prawn Creamy Rice, John Dory with Toasted Marinara Jus, Barnacles & Whey, and Suckling Lamb with Katakuriko Gnocchi & Balsamic Jus, before finishing with a series of signature desserts including Lavender Kefir and Es Fum’s renowned Artisanal Chocolate Trolley.
