Your morning begins among the colourful stalls of the city’s covered market, where you’ll explore seasonal ingredients, meet local vendors and discover the products that form the foundation of Mallorcan cuisine.
After sourcing ingredients, you’ll head to the nearby cooking atelier to prepare a complete seasonal Mallorcan menu together.
Under expert guidance, you’ll learn traditional techniques and family recipes while discovering the importance of local agriculture, artisan producers and the island’s culinary calendar.
The experience finishes around the table, enjoying the dishes you’ve prepared together, accompanied by local wine.
