Step into the heart of Mallorcan food culture with this immersive market-to-table experience – combining a guided visit to Palma’s most iconic market with a hands-on cooking workshop rooted in tradition.

Hosted by Forn de Sa Llotgeta, this experience invites you to explore the island through its seasonal ingredients, local producers, and time-honoured recipes.

🛍️ From Market to Table

The experience begins at Mercat de l’Olivar, Palma’s largest traditional market. Wander through vibrant stalls filled with fresh produce, fish, and local delicacies while meeting vendors and selecting ingredients for the day.

From there, head to the atelier to cook together – preparing a complete seasonal Mallorcan menu, from aperitif to dessert, all paired with local wines.

All ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced, with menus inspired by Mallorca’s culinary calendar.
