🦑 Fira Nàutica & Mostra Gastronòmica de la Sípia 2026

📅 17–19 April 2026
📍 Port d’Alcúdia

The sea, the season, and the flavour of Mallorca – this is one of the island’s most iconic spring fairs.

Celebrating its 20th edition, the Fira Nàutica & Mostra Gastronòmica de la Sípia transforms Port d’Alcúdia into a lively meeting point of maritime culture, local gastronomy, and community life — marking the unofficial start of summer on the island.

At the heart of it all? Sípia (cuttlefish) – a staple of Mallorcan cuisine – reimagined across dozens of local restaurants, from traditional recipes to more creative takes.
