The experience begins at Mercat de l’Olivar, Palma’s bustling covered market, where your expert guide will introduce you to the stories behind Mallorca’s culinary traditions.
Discover the craftsmanship of traditional sobrassada, the curing of Iberian ham, Mediterranean pickling techniques and the history of the island’s savoury pastries.
Along the way, you’ll sample a selection of local products, seasonal specialities and traditional preparations, accompanied by Mallorcan wine and other drinks.
