An evening where food, art, and atmosphere intertwine – Mesa del Artista is the culinary centrepiece of FORATYPIC, the three-day celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and design in Porreres.
Chef Enrique García Lozano presents a bold and imaginative six-course menu that bridges flavour, form, and story — from lobster bisque with amaranth popcorn to Porc Negre ribs slow-cooked in tequila and apricots, dark chocolate ganache with EVO oil and sea salt, and a tequila sorbet to close the night.
Guests are welcomed at 19:30 with an aperitivo hosted by Sarah & Nicole, before sitting down for an artful dinner with local fine wines under the stars.
