Wine Days Mallorca 2026
From 22nd to 31st May 2026, the 13th edition of Wine Days Mallorca returns to the DO Binissalem region with ten days dedicated to wine tourism, local culture, gastronomy and unique experiences among vineyards, villages and wineries.
Set in the heart of Mallorca, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the DO Binissalem region is made up of Santa Maria del Camí, Consell, Binissalem, Santa Eugènia and Sencelles – five villages where wine has shaped the landscape, architecture and traditions for generations.
Throughout the festival, visitors are invited to discover the area’s wineries, taste wines made from local grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet, Moll, Gargollassa and Giró Ros, and enjoy a programme full of cultural activities, food experiences and moments designed to celebrate the connection between wine, territory and community.
The opening event takes place on Friday 22nd May at the beautiful Claustro de Sant Francesc in Palma, bringing together 11 DO Binissalem wineries, organic tapas made with Balearic products, and live music.
A perfect excuse to explore Mallorca through its vineyards, flavours and traditions – glass in hand. 🍷
