🍂 Fira d’Algaida 2026 · Local Traditions, Food & Autumn Fair
One of Algaida’s big autumn dates is back. On Saturday, 17 October, the streets and squares of the village fill with local products, crafts, food, music, traditional displays and activities for the whole family.
The traditional Fira d’Algaida brings together local producers, artisans, businesses and associations for a day celebrating the culture, traditions and flavours of the municipality.
And food is a particularly big part of this year’s celebrations: the fair coincides with the 20th Mostra Gastronòmica del Municipi d’Algaida, running from 16–25 October, celebrating local cuisine, producers and the flavours of Algaida.

🚗 From 09:00 · Classic & Vintage Vehicles
A display of classic and historic cars and vehicles along Carrer del Pare Bartomeu Pou.
🐑 From 09:00 · Native Animal Breeds
Discover native breeds from Mallorca and the Balearic Islands and learn more about their importance to the islands’ natural and cultural heritage.
🧺 From 10:00 · Local Product Fair
Meet local producers, discover what’s grown and made in Algaida and shop and taste products from the municipality.
🌸 10:00, 11:00 & 12:00 · Kids’ Flower Workshop
Children aged 6–12 can create their own paper flower bouquet. Free, with limited places and advance registration required via WhatsApp on 673 643 926 before 15 October.
🎨 10:00–13:00 · Children’s Council Exhibition
See the drawings created for the new Consell de la Infància d’Algaida logo, with recognition of the winning design at 12:30.
🍳 From 11:00 · Live Cooking & Local Products
A live cooking experience showcasing how local ingredients can be transformed into dishes inspired by the flavours and traditions of the area.

A special Fira d’Algaida broadcast from Plaça, marking the start of the municipal radio station’s 40th season.

Free live music in Plaça to soundtrack lunchtime at the fair.
🏐 16:00 · Fira d’Algaida Volleyball Match
Algaida Vòlei Club vs. San José Valladolid at Pavelló Andreu Trobat. Free entry.
🎪 18:00 · El circ del reciclatge
A free family show for ages 3–12 with circus, juggling, unicycle, games, music and plenty of humour at the Auditori del Casal Pere Capellà.
🎉 18:00–01:00 · Horabauxa
The celebrations continue into the night at Les Escoles. For ages 16+, with limited capacity and advance reservation required via the link on @quintos05algaida.
🍷 The Night Before · Friday 16 October
The weekend actually starts early with the Nit Gastronòmica from 20:00 at Placeta des Sitjar. Restaurants, bakeries and wineries come together for an evening dedicated to local products, wine and Algaida’s culinary traditions.
