🎭 Fira B! 2026 · Performing Arts & Music Across Palma

More than 80 performances, concerts and artistic projects spread across Palma as Fira B! returns for its 11th edition.

The Balearic Islands’ professional market for music and performing arts is divided into two chapters this year: Performing Arts from 30 September–3 October, followed by Music from 4–7 November.

Under the concept “Two disciplines. One cultural landscape,” Fira B! brings together Balearic, national and international artists while connecting the islands’ creative scene with programmers, festivals and cultural professionals from further afield. And importantly, it isn’t just an industry event: a large part of the artistic programme is open to the public.

🎭 Performing Arts · 30 September–3 October

The first four days bring 30+ theatre, dance, circus, performance and contemporary works to theatres, museums, public spaces and some rather special settings around Palma.

It starts on Wednesday 30 September with L’amor, la set at Mar i Terra and Sacrifici by Art Jove 2025 winner Jatovital, before the official opening with Produccions de Ferro’s L’arquitecte at Teatre Principal at 18:30.

Thursday continues with emerging work, dance and theatre, while Friday 2 October is particularly packed: performances move between Es Baluard Museu, Teatre Principal and Teatre del Mar from early afternoon until late at night. Look out for Los muchísimos by Cia. Mariantònia Oliver, Kea by DAB Dantza, Fearless by Silke Z., Bachata by Cia. Ovnipresents and Sa varietat en sa locura by Iguana Teatre.

On Saturday 3 October, the programme spills into the city with performances at Es Baluard and Plaça de la Porta de Santa Catalina, plus an itinerant work travelling from Es Baluard to Teatre Principal. The final evening includes Retaule en dues parts inside the Basílica de Sant Francesc, before Act of Liberation: Love and the Fira B! closing party at Ses Voltes.

One of this year’s focuses is the Basque Country, through an exchange with San Sebastián’s LABO XL bringing contemporary dance to Es Baluard. International companies from France and Germany also join the programme.

🎶 Music · 4–7 November

Come November, Fira B! changes rhythm completely with almost 60 concerts across four days.

It begins at Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza on 4 November with an evening dedicated largely to jazz, including Kintsugi, Benjamín Aedo, Yamile Burich & Ornella Contreras, Lucía Rey and Fábio Leandro.

On 5 November, the programme moves between Mar i Terra and multiple stages at Es Gremi, where you can jump between pop, jazz, folk, rock and electronic performances by artists including Anna Ferrer, Clàudia Tomàs, Metty, Carolina Bubbico, Joan Tiquat, Gÿe and Fades.

On Friday 6, Es Baluard becomes the main stage, with music running from 18:00 until late and a line-up including Toni Mora, Maria Antònia Roses, Catuxa Salom, Arantxa Andreu and Rodín.

And Saturday’s finale heads to Motorworld Mallorca, where three stages host everything from Mallorcan música d’arrel to indie, electronic music, hip-hop and experimental sounds. Pitxorines, Laura Marchal, Juanjo Monserrat, BIRRD, The Crab Apples, Gotopo and Zulu Zulu are among the artists closing out Fira B! 2026.

🌍 Beyond the Stage

Fira B! is also designed as a meeting point for the cultural industry, with professional sessions covering internationalisation, artistic mobility, collaboration and the circulation of Balearic projects.

Italy is one of the international focuses of the music edition, particularly Emilia-Romagna and Apulia, while artists and professionals from Latin America also participate.

New for 2026 is the I Ibero-American Meeting of Jazz and Improvised Music, taking place at Xesc Forteza on 4 November and bringing together professionals and institutions from Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
