On 12 August 2026, one of Mallorca’s most celebrated chefs, Santi Taura, joins forces with luxury experience curator & Chez Junior in Sóller Javier Salvador Jnr to present an unforgettable evening where gastronomy, nature and one of Europe’s rarest celestial events come together.
Set against the spectacular Mediterranean backdrop of Béns d’Avall, this exclusive one-night experience has been designed around the Total Solar Eclipse, offering guests the chance to witness the sky transform from day to twilight while enjoying exceptional food, Laurent-Perrier Champagne and live music.
The evening begins with a champagne welcome and an elegant standing reception on the terraces as the light slowly changes. During the eclipse, guests are invited to pause and simply experience one of nature’s most extraordinary spectacles before taking their seats for a specially created tasting menu by Santi Taura, served by candlelight and accompanied by live piano.
