🌿 DAR es DAR – 3rd Edition
A day of dialogue, reflection & shared ideas
On Tuesday, October 14, Casa Esment hosts the 3rd edition of DAR es DAR – a unique gathering born from the friendship between Grupo DCastro and Esment, with the collaboration of Far Estudi, Euro-Toques, Comunidad Europea de Cocineros, and ByPositive.
After exploring themes such as generosity and family in past editions, this year’s focus is satisfaction – as physical, emotional, or spiritual pleasure; as a pursuit of fulfillment in our relationships and professions; and as a potential pathology.
Throughout the day, leading voices from gastronomy, architecture, mental health, spirituality, communication, and art will share perspectives and open dialogue. Among the confirmed participants are Maca de Castro, Susi Díaz, Miquel Roca, Paco Torreblanca, Tomeu Caldentey, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Toni Segarra, Diego Guerrero, Pau Munar, Francis Paniego, Aitor Arregui, and Sergi Caballero, among others.
Set in Casa Esment, a space that embodies learning, social opportunity, gastronomy, sustainability, and Mediterranean culture, this edition promises meaningful conversations and inspiring encounters.
