🍸 Sunset Sessions #3 · Cercle x Chapeau Palma
Sunset, cocktails, tapas and live music come together for the third Sunset Sessions collaboration of the season at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor.
On Sunday, 6 September, Cercle welcomes Chapeau Palma, the acclaimed Palma cocktail bar included in the prestigious 50 Best Discovery selection, for a special evening dedicated to contemporary mixology and Mediterranean flavours.
Chapeau bartenders Mateo Tolosa and Rodrigo Álvarez will take over the bar, bringing four cocktails from their latest menu to Formentor. The drinks will be paired with an exclusive selection of tapas-sized dishes created by Four Seasons chef Javier Hoebeeck, while live music sets the soundtrack as the sun goes down.
The collaboration forms part of Sunset Sessions, the summer series at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, bringing together chefs, bartenders and creative talents for one-off evenings at Cercle Bar and other spaces around the resort.
