What happens at a museum after the doors close?
For one evening, Can Prunera in Sóller invites a limited number of guests inside for an intimate after-hours experience combining art, architecture, champagne and food.
The evening begins with a private guided tour of Can Prunera, led by an expert in art and history. Explore the Modernist house, its architecture, stories and contemporary art collection without the usual daytime crowds, before heading to the terrace for a glass of Louis Roederer Collection Champagne.
From there, the evening continues at Chez Junior, in the heart of Sóller, with a specially created tasting menu.

Arrival with Louis Roederer Collection Champagne, crab croqueta and beetroot & watermelon gazpacho, followed by:
To start · Stone bass ceviche with adobo rojo leche de tigre
Main · Pork & beef cheeks with polenta or stone bass with warm lime & coconut sauce, plantain and cabbage & radish salad
Dessert · Vanilla & coconut mille-feuille with fig cream
To finish · Espresso Martini
