What makes Pintamonas truly special is that it transforms with the seasons:

• From November to March, Pintamonas lives on the ground floor of the hotel, welcoming guests with a cosy, intimate atmosphere and a distinctive, design-led interior — perfect for relaxed lunches, long dinners and slower winter rhythms.

• From March to October, it moves up to the rooftop (7th floor), where the same creative kitchen is paired with open skies and panoramic views over Palma, turning Pintamonas into a vibrant spot for sunny lunches, golden-hour dinners and warm evenings above the city.

Across both spaces, the philosophy stays the same:
