Insider Villas is the creation of a dynamic Belgo-Swedish couple whose lives have been shaped by travel, hospitality, and an eye for exceptional experiences. After years spent operating with Ritz-Carlton and opening luxury hotels across the globe – from Raffles Seychelles to The Norman Tel Aviv – founders Anna Heuchenne-Bauge and Olivier Heuchenne settled in Mallorca, inspired to share the island they love through the lens of world-class hoteliers.

Their story spans continents:
Anna, a Swedish national, became a global citizen at just 16, graduating in Hotel Management from Les Roches in 1994 before beginning a career that took her across the globe. Olivier, Belgian born in Morocco and a University of Denver graduate, simply dreamed of “becoming a tourist” — and did exactly that, building a life through travel, culture, and hospitality.

They met in California, married in the wine country of Barcelona, lived in Dubai, and raised their family across Egypt, Singapore, Seychelles, and Tel Aviv before ultimately returning to Mallorca — a place that felt like home.
