Nestled in the peaceful Vall de la Nou in Manacor, Hort de Sa Vall combines nature, sustainability, and social impact. Working closely with the Aproscom Foundation, the project promotes mental health and social inclusion through meaningful agricultural work, while producing seasonal, local, and KM0 products.

Visitors are invited to explore the land, learn traditional farming techniques, and enjoy unique tasting experiences in Mallorca’s countryside. During events, the on-site farm shop offers fresh produce from the garden along with local Mallorcan products — sobrasada, cheese, wine, honey, jams, sauces, eggs, and more.
