Connecting people, food & culture since the 18th century
Hidden within an 18th-century bakery in the heart of Palma, Forn de sa Llotgeta offers immersive culinary experiences that connect visitors with the island’s traditions, flavours and people.
Founded by Deborah, the project was born from a desire to preserve and share Mallorca’s rich food culture through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Set inside a remarkable medieval building with more than 600 years of history, guests are invited to discover the island through traditional recipes, seasonal ingredients, local wines, artisan crafts and the stories behind them.
From market visits and traditional cooking workshops to ensaïmada-making classes and local wine tastings, every experience is designed to foster a deeper connection with Mallorca’s territory, producers and culinary heritage. Small group sizes ensure an intimate and authentic atmosphere, allowing visitors to experience the island in a way that goes far beyond traditional tourism.
Rooted in values such as seasonality, sustainability, gratitude and respect for nature, Forn de sa Llotgeta celebrates the wisdom of traditional cultures and the people who continue to keep them alive today.
For those seeking a more meaningful way to experience Mallorca, this is one of the island’s most special hidden gems.
Come for the cooking class. Leave with a deeper understanding of Mallorca.
