đ Dijous Bo 2026 · Mallorcaâs Biggest Autumn Fair in Inca
If thereâs one Mallorcan fair you should experience at least once, itâs Dijous Bo. đ
On Quinta-feira, 19 2026 novembro, Inca once again becomes the centre of attention as thousands of people from across Mallorca gather for one of the islandâs largest, oldest and most beloved traditional fairs.
Part agricultural show, part enormous market, part food festival and, perhaps most importantly, a very good excuse for half of Mallorca to bump into the other half.
Dijous Bo has its roots in Incaâs history as an agricultural and commercial centre, when farmers, traders and producers would gather to buy, sell and exchange goods. Centuries later, the fair has evolved into a huge celebration of Mallorcaâs local products, craftsmanship, agricultural traditions and community spirit.
And when we say huge, we mean it. The fair takes over much of Inca, filling streets and squares with market stalls, traditional food, livestock exhibitions, agricultural machinery, local businesses and visitors from every corner of the island.
đ What to Expect at Dijous Bo
đ§ș One Enormous Market
The streets of Inca transform into a giant marketplace, traditionally featuring hundreds of stalls selling everything from local produce and artisan crafts to ceramics, textiles, leather goods, household items and much more.
Inca is particularly well known for its leather industry, so this is also a good opportunity to explore the townâs local shops and craftsmanship.
đ· Agricultural & Livestock Traditions
One of the most interesting parts of Dijous Bo is its connection to rural Mallorca.
Siga em direção a Praça do Bestiårio, traditionally one of the main areas for livestock exhibitions, agricultural displays and competitions.
Fique atento para o porc negre, Mallorcaâs native black pig, which plays an important role in the islandâs culinary heritage, particularly in the production of traditional sobrasada.
đ· Local Food & Mallorcan Specialities
Venha com fome!
Dijous Bo is all about discovering local flavours, from cheeses, olives and traditional sweets to seasonal produce and other Mallorcan specialities.
There are plenty of opportunities to stop for something to eat while exploring the fair, and Incaâs traditional cellers (former wine cellars converted into restaurants) are particularly popular during the celebrations.
đ¶ Music, Traditions & Festivities
Traditional music, cultural activities and entertainment are also part of the Dijous Bo atmosphere, with additional events taking place around the main fair.
The complete programme for 2026, including individual activities, performances and schedules, will be announced closer to the date.
đ Wednesday, 18 November · Dimecres Bo
Hereâs a little local tip: the celebrations begin the evening before!
Conhecido como Dimecres Bo, the Wednesday before the main fair is traditionally one of Incaâs liveliest nights of the year.
Expect a festive atmosphere, people gathering in the streets, food, music and plenty of socialising.
For many locals, Dimecres Bo is just as much a part of the tradition as the fair itself.
Itâs a great option if you prefer an evening out, although donât expect Inca to be particularly quiet!

𫶠Our Insider Tips
đ Take the train. Seriously. Dijous Bo attracts enormous crowds, and parking in Inca can be challenging. The train from Palma brings you directly into town.
â° Arrive early. The fair gets progressively busier throughout the day. An early start gives you more time to explore the stalls comfortably.
đ Wear comfortable shoes. Youâll probably walk much further than you planned.
đïž Bring a shopping bag. Between local produce, crafts and spontaneous purchases, youâll thank us later.
đ¶ Carry some cash. Although many vendors accept cards, cash is useful for smaller stalls.
đœïž Book lunch in advance. If youâre planning to eat at one of Incaâs traditional restaurants or cellers, reservations are highly recommended.
đ· Donât miss the agricultural side. Itâs one of the things that makes Dijous Bo so different from an ordinary market.
đ Donât try to see everything. Part of the experience is simply wandering, discovering and enjoying the atmosphere.

Why We Love It
Dijous Bo isnât a fair created for tourists. Itâs a tradition that brings Mallorca together.
Families who return every year, farmers catching up with other farmers, friends meeting in the streets, people shopping, eating, drinking and simply enjoying being part of it all.
Itâs busy, a little chaotic and wonderfully local.
Just very, very Mallorca. đđ«¶
And if you ask a Mallorcan whether itâs worth going, donât be surprised if the answer is simply:
