On 12 agosto 2026, Zoëtry Mallorca invites just 80 ospiti provare Una Cita con el Sol (“A Date with the Sun”), an exclusive open-air dining experience created by Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra.
Set within the grounds of the stunning 14th-century estate, the evening has been designed as a celebration inspired by the rare solar eclipse, combining exceptional cuisine, history, nature and live music in an unforgettable setting.
The experience begins at sunset beside the estate’s beautifully restored 15th-century windmill, where guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail accompanied by live music. From there, everyone gathers around a spectacular imperial table for a specially created paired tasting menu by Andreu Genestra, showcasing the very best of Mediterranean flavours, seasonal produce and contemporary Mallorcan cuisine.
The evening concludes in the enchanting gardens of Zoëtry’s 19th-century neo-Gothic chapel, where desserts and petits fours are served beneath the stars, bringing a memorable close to this one-night-only experience.
