🍊 Vermouth Aperitivo & Traditional Cooking (Evenings)

📅 April 9, 16 & 30 · Palma

A slower, more social take on Mallorcan cooking – where the experience begins, as it should, with a vermouth in hand.

This evening workshop blends aperitivo culture, traditional recipes, and hands-on cooking, offering a deeper look into Mallorca’s culinary rituals.

🍸 The Aperitivo Ritual

Start with a classic Mallorcan vermouth and “banderilla” — a traditional bite of olives, anchovies, and chilli — while discovering local preservation techniques and flavours.

From there, move into the kitchen to prepare a full seasonal menu together, guided step by step in a relaxed, convivial setting.
