This immersive experience begins with a guided walk through the century-old olive grove of Son Moragues, where guests discover the estate’s rich past, sustainable present, and vision for the future. As you stroll among ancient terraces, your guide shares the story behind the SONMO project — a dedication to restoring traditional landscapes and cultivating organic olive oil at the heart of the Tramuntana.
The walk ends beneath the shade of the estate’s oldest trees, where a rustic Mallorcan picnic awaits. Enjoy a spread of traditional pastries, sobrassada, cheese, olives, country bread, and a tasting of SONMO’s organic Roquissar Extra Virgin Olive Oil – all accompanied by lemonade, cava, and local wines.
