🍽️ Rooftop Chef’s Table Residency Night No. 1 at trobar
An immersive evening of live cooking, exceptional food and rooftop dining awaits as trobar launches the first edition of its new Residency Nights series.
For one night only, acclaimed Catalan chefs Gerard Blanco and Jacint Carafí Sáez (Cintet) take over the rooftop, transforming dinner into a live culinary performance. Throughout the evening, selected dishes will be prepared in front of guests, offering a rare opportunity to watch the chefs at work while they share the stories, techniques and seasonal ingredients behind each course.
The experience begins with return transport from Palma and a welcome cocktail on arrival before guests gather around one long communal table for an exclusive multi-course sharing menu accompanied by wine, beer and water. After dinner, the night continues downstairs in trobasement, where DJs, cocktails and dancing turn the evening into a lively after-party, with drinks included until the return shuttle departs for Palma.
Set within trobar’s unique three-level concept space in Cala Ratjada – combining restaurant, cocktail bar, contemporary art gallery and design shop – this is much more than a dinner. It’s an intimate celebration of food, creativity and community, designed for those looking for one of Mallorca’s most original dining experiences this summer.
