An unforgettable evening celebrating one of the Mediterranean’s most prized ingredients through craftsmanship, sustainability and exceptional gastronomy.
Hosted at the beautiful Finca Saqenti, Terrae Experience joins forces with Bluefin Balear for a unique culinary journey centred around the traditional ronqueo – the centuries-old Japanese-inspired art of carving a whole bluefin tuna. Sourced from the Bay of Pollença, the tuna is respectfully broken down live before guests, showcasing the skill behind every cut and Terrae’s commitment to honouring the entire ingredient.
Following the live demonstration, guests will enjoy an 11-course tasting menu with wine pairing, where each dish highlights a different cut of the tuna. Every course reflects Terrae’s philosophy of seasonality, conscious cooking and zero-waste gastronomy, transforming every part of the fish into an elegant contemporary dining experience.

📍 Getting There
Terrae Experience takes place at Finca Saqenti, a peaceful countryside estate just outside Llucmajor, surrounded by nature and beautiful rural landscapes.
Directions:
- Take Exit 22.
- Follow the Camí de Sa Torre.
- You’ll pass a finca called La Paz on your left.
- Immediately afterwards, turn left at the sign marked “Parking Cugulux” (look for the green-painted stone).
- Continue for approximately 200 metres and you’ll arrive at Finca Saqenti.
