Mio Run / Walk Club ☕🏃♀️
A social way to move, connect, and start your Saturday right.
Every Saturday, Mio Clubs invites you to kick off the weekend with a social run or walk, followed by coffee or matcha and good conversation with like-minded people.
This weekly meet-up is designed for all levels, combining cardio, mobility, and community in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

🕤 Time: 9:30 AM
📍 Meeting point: Door of Mio Clubs (C/ Velázquez)
⏱ Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours
How does it work?
We meet at Mio Clubs and split into three groups, so everyone can move at their own pace:
- Group 1: Walk – 4 km
- Group 2: Run – 5–6 km, intermediate pace (around 5:30 min/km)
- Group 3: Run – 7 km, advanced level (4:30–5:00 min/km)
After the session, we head back to Mio Clubs to enjoy a specialty coffee or matcha, stretch, and connect with the community.

💛 Members: session included (only pay for your drink, with 10% discount)
💛 Non-members: €5
