Step away from the crowds and spend an evening in the heart of Mallorca’s countryside at a historic farm dating back to the 1950s. Here, life moves a little slower, meals are shared around a table, and every product has a story.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed to a beautifully set outdoor table and invited to enjoy a generous tasting of organic, locally produced specialities. Savour artisan bread, extra virgin olive oil, Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc, local cheeses, preserves, charcuterie, homemade pastries, seasonal fruit, coffee or tea, and mineral water – all sourced from Mallorca and produced with care.
For those wishing to discover even more of the island’s flavours, an optional pairing of Mallorcan IGP and DOP wines is available.
After the tasting, take a stroll through the farm’s fields and gardens at your own pace. Wander among wild olive trees, explore the seasonal vegetable garden, discover newly planted orchards and gain a deeper understanding of the people and traditions behind Mallorca’s agricultural heritage.
Before leaving, visit Sa Paradeta, the farm shop, where you can purchase many of the products you’ve tasted, as well as fresh produce harvested that very day.
