The castle’s most glamorous night begins with a Champagne cocktail reception (19:45) and continues with a five-course Gala Dinner featuring Sóller prawn and porc negre ravioli, wild turbot, and Galician beef tenderloin, paired with Binigrau Nou Nat and Ribas Sió wines.
