Enjoy Christmas decoration workshops with Cardo Studio, an open-air cinema night under the stars, or the Christmas Afternoon Tea in the grand Salón Real.
Food lovers can indulge in an elegant Christmas Eve Dinner, a festive Christmas Day brunch, or the hotel’s signature New Year’s Eve Gala, complete with live music, Champagne, and dancing into 2026.
Throughout December, the Spa Christmas Quartet offers a sensory journey of renewal, and the Nativity Scene handcrafted by local artisans adds a touch of Mallorcan tradition.

A guided excursion to one of Palma’s most historic monasteries, featuring its Nativity Scene and the opportunity to sample handmade Christmas pastries by the nuns — a cultural and culinary delight for hotel guests.
🎆 Wednesday 31 December – Grand New Year’s Eve Gala & Fireworks
The castle’s most glamorous night begins with a Champagne cocktail reception (19:45) and continues with a five-course Gala Dinner featuring Sóller prawn and porc negre ravioli, wild turbot, Galician beef tenderloin and a “starry night” dessert – alll paired with Binigrau Nou Nat and Ribas Sió wines.

In collaboration with Altearah, the Castillo Spa invites guests to discover harmony through colour, scent, and touch. Four unique treatments – Himalayan Wellness, Awaken the Senses, Detox Ritual, and Sun of Winter Therapy – form a holistic journey of renewal.
The spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with treatments available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
